The awards conference of Guo Moruo Chinese History Award , the highest award in China’s history study realm and 加拿大app平台 Annual Conference of the Joint Conference of the Main History Study and Teaching Institutions in China are held at the Chinese Academy of History in Beijing on December 20. Prof. Dahurbayar, vice president of IMU and Prof Zhang Jiuhe from the College of History and Tourism Culture of IMU attend the conference at invitation.
The conference
At the conference A History of Ancient Ethnic Groups in North China (10 volumes) compiled by Prof. Zhang Jiuhe from IMU and Research Fellow Liu Guoxiang from the Institute of Archaeology of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences is awarded nomination prize for Guo Moruo Chinese History Award for Excellent Academic Achievement. This is the first time for the historical academia of Inner Mongolia to win this prize. Inaugurated by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 1998, Guo Moruo Chinese History Award is an authoritative award of honor in the circle of history study in China covering Chinese History, archaeology and world history. Altogether 41 works and 20 journals are awarded prizes at the conference, including 3 first prizes. 6 second prizes, 10 third prizes and 19 nomination prizes for excellent academic achievements as well as 10 prizes for excellent history journals and 10 nomination prizes for excellent history journals.
Work and certificate of the prize
Established by the Chinese Academy of History, the mechanism of the Joint Conference of the Main History Study and Teaching Institutions in China has become an important platform for work and communications for the circle of history study in China to jointly plan and promote the development of the study of Chinese history in the new era. IMU is elected a member organization of the joint conference at the annual conference.
